We cannot prevent further use of this information once you share it in a public space or in a community forum. •   Information about your location, including device information about where your device originates (such as IP address or country code), your device's interactions with our digital Service or our content, information about your device's exact location (e.g., geographic location via mobile devices).

•   Event information, including photos and clips, whether recorded through a booth or otherwise by us or a third party on our behalf.

SMDK is part of the companies in the Sandrew Metronome group. The Sandrew Metronome companies support and interact with each other to run their businesses. As a result, a Sandrew Metronome company may receive your information for processing for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, where there is a legal basis for doing so and it is done in accordance with the permissions you have granted (e.g., if you want or do not want to receive marketing material), and other controls, you use regarding our processing of your information (e.g. where you have chosen to opt out of a particular treatment), as described in section INDIVIDUAL REQUESTS FOR RIGHTS and COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNICAL INFORMATION below.    

Outside the Sandrew Metronome group

Third party service providers. Our subcontractors have access to information to help perform the services they perform for us, such as, but not limited to: fulfilment, creation , maintenance, hosting, delivery of our offers, marketing, delivery of IT services and security, handle payments, send out emails and order executions, manage contests, conduct research, measurements and analysis, derive insights or customer service.

Affiliated third party social media sites. Some of our digital services may include links to other sites, including social media sites, for customer interaction and marketing purposes. Practices for information on social media pages may differ from ours, so please read their privacy policies and terms before submitting your personal information, as we have no control over personal information sent to or collected by these third parties.

Third Party Partners. We sometimes offer digital services and offline services sponsored by or co-branded with identified third parties. In the event of a possible change in control of the Sandrew Metronome Group (or any part of the Sandrew Metronome Group) such as a sale, merger, acquisition or any transaction or reorganisation, we may share your information with interested parties, including as part of any due diligence process with new or potential business owners and their respective professional advisers subject to customary confidentiality conditions.

Law enforcement agencies, the authorities, and the judiciary. We pass on information where it is necessary for the prevention, investigation or prosecution of criminal activities, and also in response to a legal process, e.g. in response to a court order or subpoena or in response to a request from a supervisory authority, authority or law enforcement body.

STORAGE OF DATA
